This page explains what we collect when you use this website. It is written for the current website build and should be reviewed by The Stand People before launch.

Answering the stand finder

Your answers to the ten questions are stored in your browser for the current session only, so a refresh does not lose your progress. They are not personal information and are not sent anywhere until you choose to send your brief.

Sending a brief or enquiry

If you send your brief we store your answers, the three matched projects and any contact details you supplied, so we can reply. This is service correspondence: we use it to answer your enquiry and nothing else.

Marketing consent

Marketing email is entirely separate and always opt-in. The box is never pre-ticked, and you can ask us to stop at any time without affecting your enquiry.

Analytics

We record which steps of the finder are used, not what you typed. Answer content, names, emails and phone numbers are never sent to analytics.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your enquiry, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details on the contact page.
