Every stand we design starts with the same question: how can this deliver maximum impact while creating minimum waste? The answer is usually a modular system that can be reused, re-skinned and reconfigured for show after show.
That approach reduces material consumption, transport and on-site labour over time. It also gives you a stand that evolves with your brand rather than being discarded after a single event.

Smarter material choices
We specify recyclable, recycled and responsibly sourced materials wherever the brief allows, and we design out unnecessary waste from the start.
Logistics that travel well
Compact packing, lightweight systems and efficient transport planning reduce the number of vehicles and the distance each stand travels across the UK and Europe.
Design for longevity
A stand that adapts to future shows is a stand that does not need to be rebuilt every year. We plan for the second, third and tenth use before the first build.
Reuse is the most sustainable build.
A stand frame used across three shows creates less waste than three single-use builds. We design with that second and third life in mind from day one.

Gold status achieved
Better Stands is a collaboration across the events and exhibition industry, uniting organisers, venues and service providers around one goal: phasing out disposable single-use stands in favour of reusable ones.
At its heart is a 10-point framework that rates how reusable a stand is — from single use through Bronze, Silver and Gold. It gives the whole industry a shared, practical way to cut waste, improve on-site safety and reduce time and cost.
We achieved Better Stands Gold status last year. It reflects how we already design — modular, reusable systems built to evolve across shows — and it keeps us pushing further. When you work with us, reusability is designed in from the first sketch.
